Patient lost his front teeth in an accident 8years back and underwent bridge in the front tooth region.
Patient was not satisfied with the smile and he wants to change his crown.We took x-ray and we found the caries were already closure to the pulp.Therefore we advised the patient to go for root canal treatment followed by zirconium crown in the front tooth region.
We removed the older crown which was placed earlier and did root canal treatment in the front tooth region followed by measurement
After 3 days from the lab zirconium crown has been replaced directly into the patient mouth with the permanent cement.
